1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ok111 ("ok111", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the ok111 website located at https://ok111.io, including all associated services, games, features, promotions, and payment facilities offered on the platform.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended without prior notice.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

ok111 is operated for and primarily directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using ok111 is lawful in your jurisdiction. ok111 does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. 3 Account Management and Security

3.1 Username and Password

Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password for your ok111 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ok111 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify ok111 immediately and change your password without delay.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your ok111 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. ok111 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 Account Closure

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ok111 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. ok111 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger a KYC review and potential account suspension.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and player account tier. ok111 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, with notice provided to affected players where reasonably practicable.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ok111 account within five to fifteen minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. ok111 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing

4.5 Currency

All transactions on ok111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ok111 does not apply currency conversion fees. Displayed balances and transaction amounts are always shown in BDT.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ok111 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is detected, ok111 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to permanently close the relevant account.

5.4 Amendment and Cancellation of Promotions

ok111 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any ongoing or future promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, ok111 will endeavour to honour any portion of the promotion that has already been consumed, where it is technically and commercially reasonable to do so.

6 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a bet. ok111 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to understand a game's rules or mechanics.

6.2 Bet Finality

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ok111 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. ok111 reserves the right to void bets that have been accepted as a result of a technical error, a pricing error, or any other system malfunction that resulted in odds or game parameters that were materially incorrect.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

6.4 Malfunctions

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok111 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account using stolen, false, or third-party identity documents.
• Making deposits using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment credentials.

• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in ok111's platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage.

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

Nothing in these Terms limits ok111's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ok111's own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account with ok111, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ok111 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of all outstanding verification requirements, provided the balance was derived from genuine gameplay and is not subject to any bonus wagering conditions that have not been fulfilled.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as applied under the jurisdiction of ok111's operating licence.
